Restore Watchlist star 

Fixup for I8669d402b6b757cd5bf59a5e0df377b6023b0700:
Applied `.vector-tabs` selector instead of `.vector-menu-tabs`
Class `vector-menu-tabs` is added by VectorTemplate.php#383
